As a Sales Development Representative at TEKsystems, you'll be part of a team of 80,000 strong, working with over 6,000 customers, including 80% of the Fortune 500 across North America, Europe, and Asia.

You'll be responsible for learning and executing on all steps associated with the sales process, increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources such as Salesforce and Hoovers
  • Contacting and meeting with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship
  • Preparing and presenting sales information and effective proposals for customers
