Sales and Business Development Representative

Beemac Logistics is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Representative. This is a unique opportunity to build a book of business and establish meaningful relationships in the transportation logistics industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
