About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing relationships with key decision makers, and making placements. You will work closely with our recruiters to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control.
Key Responsibilities- Closing business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and making placements.
- Exceeding minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by your manager.
- Qualifying each req appropriately and conveying the details to recruiters effectively.
- Understanding the differentiators and business value of each division within Eliassen Group in order to effectively cross-sell our services.
- Proven successful track record of selling IT Staffing Solutions with a strong focus on hunting and developing new business.
- Experience working in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
- Ability to work effectively with recruiters to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control.
- Collaborative mindset and strong sense of urgency.
We offer a competitive base salary range of $58,500 - $80,000, a tiered commission structure based on weekly spread, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days, 15+ days of vacation, bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave.
