Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned mortgage servicing executive to lead our Loss Mitigation and Default department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to our default servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight to department leaders and teams
  • Attend meetings and provide reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Have overall responsibility for the efficient servicing operations of numerous default unit locations
  • Interview potential internal and external candidates
  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's operations division
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in financial or mortgage servicing default and loss mitigation management or VP-level
  • 10+ years of senior management experience in mortgage servicing operations
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid PC skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of mortgage servicing software and platforms
  • Working knowledge of call center technology systems, software; Avaya phone systems
Work Environment
