Job Title: Sales Executive - Media and Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Alpha Media. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing clients by providing customized marketing solutions that meet their key marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and client acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with our Radio and Digital Services teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Analyze and coordinate with our execution team to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing solutions remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the media and marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
  • Enthusiasm for Alpha Media's unique platform and value proposition.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior broadcast industry experience.
  • General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software.
