Role Summary: The Sales Manager will spearhead sales initiatives, cultivate and sustain client relationships, and drive the performance of our sales personnel. This position demands a driven individual with a strong sales acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive or car wash sector. The successful candidate will possess a solid history in sales leadership and a commitment to guiding a team towards exceptional outcomes.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to boost revenue and achieve sales objectives.
  • Guide, train, and support a team of sales professionals to meet both individual and collective targets.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects, including corporate clients, fleet services, and partnership opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Compile and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to upper management.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and innovative sales methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Background in the automotive or car wash industry is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals and fostering business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and make informed, data-driven choices.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
