The salary range for this role is $12.00 to $12.75. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

Retail Sales Associates bring joy to customers at Aaron's.

On our team, you will be a positive and enthusiastic presence on the sales floor, driving sales by directly engaging with customers and assisting them in finding exactly what they need. You will also manage customer files and contracts. Occasionally, you will assist in cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise. While this can be physically demanding, we ensure you receive the necessary training and tools to perform these tasks safely.
