About the Registered Elite Consumer Investment Operations Support Team:
This team comprises highly skilled associates who collaborate with managers and high-net-worth sales associates to deliver exceptional client service. They also engage in initiatives such as outbound appointment setting, aligning with Consumer Investment objectives to drive sales, enhance associate/client satisfaction, and improve efficiencies across the organization. Building strong relationships with our partners is a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively to provide optimal solutions for the front-line associates supported through the pod model.
• Cultivate strong, valued relationships with partners.
• Manage intake requests, owning cases from initiation to resolution, and follow up with clients and partners throughout the process.
• Deliver comprehensive white-glove service ownership, ensuring point-of-call resolution, partnership, research, and proactive support.
• Align the enhanced service model with business needs and objectives to drive sales, enhance client satisfaction, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Maintain full accountability and ownership, providing coaching opportunities that foster strong relationships within the pod.
• Address onboarding, funding, ongoing service, product, and tutorial support inquiries across the Merrill suite of products.
• Uphold the highest service standards in every interaction with associates.

Qualifications:
• Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to anticipate the needs of business partners.
• In-depth understanding of the Consumer Investments operating model and its value proposition.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively address escalated client issues.
• Proven coaching abilities with a commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations.
• Superior client service skills, including excellent verbal, written, and listening abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of setting and achieving goals with minimal supervision.
• Expert knowledge of internal policies and procedures to ensure flawless execution and delivery.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
