Role Summary:
The Registered Elite Consumer Investment Operations Support team comprises highly skilled professionals who collaborate with managers and high-net-worth sales associates to deliver exceptional client service. This role also involves supporting initiatives such as outbound appointment setting, which aligns with Consumer Investment objectives to drive sales and enhance satisfaction for both associates and clients. Associates will engage in a variety of operational support tasks, including account management, fund transfers, and ongoing service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively to provide optimal solutions for front-line associates through a pod model.
• Cultivate strong, valued relationships with partners.
• Manage intake requests, overseeing cases from initiation to resolution, while maintaining communication with clients and partners throughout the process.
• Deliver comprehensive, high-touch service ownership, ensuring point-of-call resolution, partnership, research, and proactive support.
• Align service models with business objectives to enhance sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
• Take full accountability for service delivery, fostering coaching opportunities and strong relationships within the team.
• Handle onboarding, funding, ongoing service, product inquiries, and tutorial support across the Merrill suite of offerings.
• Uphold the highest standards of service excellence in every interaction with associates.

Qualifications:
• Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of business partners.
• In-depth understanding of the Consumer Investments operating model and value proposition.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address escalated client issues promptly.
• Proven coaching capabilities with a commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations.
• Superior client service skills, including excellent verbal, written, and listening abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals independently.
• Expert knowledge of internal policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Operations specialists are tasked with processing intake requests, managing cases from start to finish, and following up with clients and internal teams. They provide comprehensive service ownership, ensuring resolution and proactive support for operational teams. This service model is designed to align with business needs and objectives, driving sales and enhancing client satisfaction. Each associate is responsible for maintaining high service standards and acting as a resource for front-line associates regarding products and operational processes.
