As a National Financial Solutions Consultant I, you will embark on a journey to acquire the essential skills required to become a proficient advisor. In a dynamic contact center environment, you will utilize the Bank of America and Merrill offering model, collaborating with various business partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that encompass investment, banking, and lending services. You will set clear expectations to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.

Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent (Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days if not currently held).
- Comfortable in a sales role, with a focus on nurturing strong client relationships.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to collaborate productively and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and capacity to adapt to new information.
- Thoroughness in incorporating relevant regulatory considerations into client strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a metrics-driven sales environment.

- Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
