The Senior Risk Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in assisting Application Owners in addressing challenges and eliminating obstacles, collaborating closely with Risk Officers, the Global Technology Risk team, and other Risk Management professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive risk oversight, serving as a subject matter expert and acting as the second line of defense in application governance.
- Act as the primary liaison for high-level committees, regulatory assessments, and audit evaluations, ensuring effective communication with governance bodies, senior stakeholders, and control partners.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and control deficiencies, formulating actionable recommendations for enhancement.
- Review and analyze risk and audit findings, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of all risk-related issues.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into risk management processes and protocols.
- Offer guidance and training to audit personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines, maintaining the confidentiality of audit-related information.

Qualifications:

- CRISC certification (minimum 5 years of experience required)
