Key Responsibilities:


The Consumer Investments Operations Process Owner serves as the primary contact for ongoing process oversight, maintains a roadmap for enhancements, and manages cross-departmental relationships and routines.

In this capacity, the individual will be tasked with:

  • Guaranteeing the promptness and precision of process documentation and upkeep within the Process Owner Portal (POP) application
  • Ensuring effective process performance while managing associated risks
  • Tracking process and control efficiency through relevant data such as metrics, testing outcomes, audit findings, complaints, and operational losses
  • Administering comprehensive reviews and updates to policies, procedures, and related documentation (e.g., forms, FAQs, user guides)
  • Defining, reviewing, and approving all communications, training materials, associate readiness, Global Policy Source (GPS), and Online Resource Center (ORC) content, along with related guides
  • Addressing broad operational challenges and coordinating activities across various business lines and operational segments.
  • Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot programs for all system and process updates
  • Collaborating with frontline leadership to enhance performance and execution
  • Specifying process change requirements and conducting Universal Change Risk Assessments (UCRA) as necessary
  • Responding to escalations from partner organizations (Compliance, Audit, Controls)
  • Engaging in strategic and tactical initiatives that affect processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements by collecting feedback from employees and/or customers, pinpointing pain points, and determining root causes
Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with both operations and investment sectors
  • Strong understanding of operational controls related to compliance and risk management
  • Capacity to identify improvement areas, challenge the status quo, recommend solutions, and drive actions
  • Proven analytical skills with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong relationship management skills to navigate complex stakeholder alignments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insight into Preferred clients and business
  • Experience with audits and/or regulatory examinations
  • Background in Consumer Investments operations
  • In-depth knowledge of strategy deployment and process enhancement

Accountable for a product initiative aligned with the enterprise strategy and performance objectives for one of the Customer Segments (i.e., Retail, Preferred & Small Business).

Collaborates with Product(s) and Channel(s) teams to drive strategy and integrate delivery, ensuring the customer perspective is prioritized in achieving objectives.

Responsible for segment initiatives, investments, activities, and performance. Accountable for decisions, including process modifications, informed by Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and customer analytics.
