Position Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will oversee the performance of both discretionary and non-discretionary advisory products. Your role will involve collaborating with senior Product Specialists to formulate product strategies and enhancements, alongside conducting data collection and coordination tasks.

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing the Client Discretion program, which encompasses a significant portfolio within the Merrill Lynch Investment Advisory Program. This position will support program management and work with various business units to assess new opportunities, translate strategic visions into actionable plans, and lead cross-functional teams in developing and advancing new business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborating across Investment Solutions Group to create Alternative Investment solutions for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management clients.
  • Overseeing the portfolio trading and rebalancing engine, focusing on enhancement and technology transition opportunities.
  • Managing essential product documentation, including enrollment forms, contracts, disclosure statements, and procedural manuals.
  • Executing program oversight and monitoring activities.
  • Addressing ad hoc inquiries related to Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit, while partnering with Operations and Technology to resolve issues raised by advisors and clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in the wealth management sector, with a solid understanding of the investment advisory landscape and associated risks.
  • Possession of current FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, or the ability to obtain them within 120 days of employment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a mindset focused on merit.
  • Proficient data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to inform business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
