Administrative Assistant Job Description

Troy Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and business expenses.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and departmental operations, including procurement of goods and services.
  • Provide exceptional office support, including equipment management and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the departmental contact, completing special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience using PowerBI.
  • 2+ years of calendar management experience.
  • 2+ years in administrative work.
  • 1+ year of equipment management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Excel).
