Position Overview

We are in search of a highly capable and dynamic Senior Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative engineering team. This role is essential in steering the technological advancement and evolution of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, integration, and enhancement of intricate systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement system solutions grounded in engineering principles and industry best practices.
2. Spearhead the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of high-quality standards.
3. Conduct system requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, providing recommendations for enhancements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems with business processes and objectives.
5. Utilize Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, ensuring compliance with electrical engineering standards.
6. Develop comprehensive system design documentation and offer technical guidance to the engineering team.
7. Perform regular system audits and performance evaluations, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in systems engineering and related technologies, offering recommendations for their application.
9. Provide expert guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Systems Engineering capacity, with a focus on project management and system design.
3. Proficiency in Altium or similar EDA tools, along with a solid grasp of electrical engineering principles.
4. Demonstrated experience in hardware engineering and requirements analysis.
5. Strong project management capabilities, with a proven history of successfully leading complex projects.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, characterized by a creative and analytical approach.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members at all levels.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.
9. Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
10. A proactive work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
