We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrator to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. You will also be responsible for documenting supervision activities, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting client information.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple programs in the Multnomah County region, ensuring their success and overseeing the supervision of Residential Administrators.
- Document supervision activities, maintain confidentiality, and protect client information.
- Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and fiscal management strategies.
- Supervise program staff, assess their performance, and provide guidance and support.
- Use data to inform program decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure quality assurance.
- Develop and coordinate community resources to support program goals.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
- Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably managing multiple facilities and/or programs.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers, and occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable.
