Behavioral Health Regional Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator to oversee the success of our Multnomah County programs. This individual will manage multiple programs simultaneously, supervise Residential Administrators, and document supervision activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, program planning, and budgeting, as well as fiscal management and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Supervise Residential Administrators
- Document supervision activities
- Lead program planning and budgeting efforts
- Ensure fiscal management and personnel management
Requirements:
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
- Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
