About the Role

As a Patient Service Representative with CommonSpirit Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to support the reimbursement process by collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information from patients. This will involve obtaining and documenting patient signatures, updating registration systems, and creating medical records for use in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information from patients
  • Obtain and document patient signatures

Requirements
