About the Role

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Vice President, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving new business opportunities at major brands across the retail vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy for developing the Travel & Hospitality vertical sales territory for all major accounts.
  • Interface with clients at all levels within prospective accounts and consult with key stakeholders to fully understand their needs.
  • Identify and lead the pursuit of targeted new business opportunities within major retail accounts.
  • Leverage a client-diagnostic sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover client-specific issues and/or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Epsilon's executive team and subject matter experts to jointly present proposals.
Requirements
  • Strong personal and professional character, integrity, and commitment to doing right by Epsilon's clients and Epsilon associates.
  • 10 years of relevant experience within integrated digital and data-driven MarTech/AdTech solutions.
  • Consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business within the top tier of Retail companies.
  • Knowledge of direct to consumer and direct to practitioner marketing programs.
  • A solid understanding of a diverse set of MarTech, Digital, Data and Identity-Driven marketing.
  • Strong business, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities. Customer relationship management is a strength.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Drive to deliver value to clients and to help shape and build a fast-paced, growing organization.
