About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at TransWest Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and well-maintained.

As a Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles
  • Ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained
  • Coordinating with our maintenance team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing our inventory of spare parts and supplies
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for fleet maintenance and operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Develop and implement procedures for vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage our inventory of spare parts and supplies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
