As the Community Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating the value of our community to prospective residents and their families
  • Building and nurturing relationships to enhance the community's brand
  • Overseeing the sales and marketing strategies to drive leads, tours, and move-ins

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement effective sales plans
  • Generating leads through outreach, marketing initiatives, and community events
  • Conducting thorough discovery processes with potential residents and their families
  • Converting leads into tours and move-ins through effective lead management
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth within the community

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in outside sales
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
  • Possess strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Are passionate about serving seniors and building relationships
  • Thrive in a competitive environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Proven sales success in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
  • Experience with CRM tools for tracking sales leads
  • A post-secondary degree from an accredited institution
  • Sales and/or marketing certifications
