Property Leasing Consultant

United Apartment Group is in search of a dedicated and proactive Leasing Consultant to join our esteemed team. This part-time role requires a professional with a solid background in apartment leasing and tax credit programs.

• Proficiency in closing sales
• Understanding of on-site maintenance needs, including vendor and contractor interactions
• Competence in performing basic to intermediate mathematical calculations

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Sales experience is essential
• Maximizing occupancy rates while enhancing effective leased rent
• Formulating and executing sales and marketing initiatives
• Coordinating and inspiring team members
• Demonstrating excellence in time management
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience in residential property management
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager

Experience with OneSite software is required, along with a solid understanding of tax credit regulations.
