Sales Director

**Job Summary**
Enlivant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to increase community revenue and promote our senior living communities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate, develop, and implement sales plans to drive leads, tours, move-ins, and referral partner development.
- Generate sales leads through offline referral partner outreach, marketing initiatives, and community events.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery processes with prospective residents, their family members, and/or personal representatives.
- Convert leads to tours to move-ins through complete lead management and discovery processes.
- Develop strategies and identify opportunities for increasing community revenue.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated outside sales experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to utilize computer software.
- Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
- Care for serving seniors.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Driven and competitive individual.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proven sales results while working in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of client relationship tools (CRM) used to track sales leads/progress.
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited college or university.
- Sales and/or marketing certifications.
