Senior Finance Accountant Opportunity

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Accountant to join their team in Ruston, LA. As a key member of the executive staff, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the company's financial stability and providing expert financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and analyze financial statements, including bank statements, bond statements, and loan statements.
  • Investigate and summarize financial variances, trends, and data.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax returns for all properties.
  • Code and track company expenses, including credit card charges and invoices.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financials from lenders.
  • Prepare and review construction draws for all properties.
  • Review construction contracts for compliance and accuracy.
  • Monitor and track monthly construction budget, cash flow, and financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and willingness to travel as needed.
