Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Rosendin Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power systems, and electrical codes.
