As a key member of our team at Synectic Solutions, an award-winning government contracting agency, you will play a critical role in delivering systems that meet functional requirements and are cost-effective to manufacture, test, repair, maintain, train, operate, and dispose of.

Responsibilities will include applying deep domain knowledge in specialty areas of engineering, developing new system designs, and analyzing highly complex problems. You will also conduct studies to determine the most efficient sequence of equipment, operations, and workflow within a production facility or to determine how product or solution characteristics contribute to effective and efficient manufacturing techniques.

Evaluates cost factors and recommends methods for economic utilization of production facilities and personnel. Prepares cost estimates for proposed projects.

This position requires a Secret Clearance and is contingent upon contract award.
