Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Job Summary:

Cognizant is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project plans that meet those needs.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
