Federal Senior Account Executive

At ServiceNow, we're transforming the way organizations work. As a Federal Sr Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:You will be responsible for producing new business with our largest existing accounts, overseeing executive relationship management, and leading virtual teams to support our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy worldwide resources, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients' organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
- Develop a clear roadmap and capabilities to promote an outstanding customer experience.
- Achieve financial targets, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
- 7+ years of experience in client management, with a proven track record of aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role, with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management.
- Experience achieving sales targets, leading virtual or matrixed teams, and understanding broad, macro-level business IT needs.
- Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).
We offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure, a base pay of $122,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
