About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrator Channel Development Manager to join our team in the West Coast region. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a portfolio of integrators in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and drive business growth
  • Manage a portfolio of integrators, providing support and guidance to ensure their success and growth
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads to ensure a strong sales funnel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to network, recruit, and develop integrators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the value proposition and technical products
  • Business acumen and ability to apply on different decision levels
  • People management and sales experience
