Job Summary

Think Together is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Substitute Coordinator to manage daily staffing for after-school programs at schools within our regions and other districts with our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staffing for after-school programs, including assigning substitute program leaders to sites
  • Work with various schedules and absence reports to ensure accurate staffing
  • Handle substitute staffing, including communicating with substitutes and site coordinators
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as purchasing and facilities management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive first impression of the organization
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of prior administrative support experience
  • High school diploma required; two-year minimum college degree preferred
  • Experience with educational settings and operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
