As a Mortgage Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts across the country. You'll train and educate brokers on our Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines, and processes. You'll act as a go-to resource for guidance and solutions, delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts
- Training and educating brokers on UWM's EASE, programs, products, guidelines, and processes
- Acting as a go-to resource for guidance and solutions
- Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in mortgage sales as a loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale account executive
- OR minimum one year of relationship-based sales experience
- Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending
- Proven success in building business relationships
- Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face-to-face
- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM's, and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to take feedback and be coached up with a desire to get better every day
- Hard worker with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
