As a Mortgage Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts across the country. You'll train and educate brokers on our Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines, and processes. You'll act as a go-to resource for guidance and solutions, delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts
  • Training and educating brokers on UWM's EASE, programs, products, guidelines, and processes
  • Acting as a go-to resource for guidance and solutions
  • Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in mortgage sales as a loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale account executive
  • OR minimum one year of relationship-based sales experience
  • Understanding the difference between retail and wholesale lending
  • Proven success in building business relationships
  • Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face-to-face
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM's, and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take feedback and be coached up with a desire to get better every day
  • Hard worker with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
