Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, facilitating communication between customers, colleagues, and various departments within the organization. Your role will involve:

  • Handling daily customer service inquiries via phone, email, or other messaging platforms, with a focus on proactive engagement
  • Logging and managing calls from customers, technicians, and management in our secure internal system
  • Providing tailored customer service and education to address inquiries and ensure clients remain informed about their appointments
  • Coordinating appointments for both new and ongoing pest control services
  • Contacting existing clients to arrange comprehensive home inspections for our sales professionals
  • Assisting in the oversight of technician schedules to guarantee timely service delivery
  • Conducting regular system clean-ups to maintain operational efficiency
  • Escalating inquiries or issues to management as necessary
  • Completing required training in our internal systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position involves primarily sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting in front of a computer screen. The work environment is a climate-controlled office with a moderate noise level. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and are willing to work Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays and some holidays. Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • Are bilingual
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience, particularly in phone and electronic communication
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Can type at least 60 words per minute
