Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Process Engineering Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative processes that enhance operational efficiency.

As a leader, you will guide a team of skilled professionals, tackling complex challenges and driving improvements. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive leadership will be crucial in achieving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing policies and strategies that yield short-term results while influencing practices beyond your immediate area.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Overseeing the application of process engineering principles to meet customer specifications, adhere to budgets, and enhance automation and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Establishing and maintaining institutional knowledge within the team.
  • Designing optimal layouts for manufacturing equipment to maximize productivity.
  • Specifying operational sequences and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, adapting machinery as necessary.
  • Conducting tests throughout various stages to ensure control over relevant variables and proactively addressing issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Building strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of management or leadership experience, either direct or indirect.
