Job Title: Marketing Partnership Manager

Staffmark Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Partnership Manager to join a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with specific campaigns and device launches.
  • Map partnerships to campaign and launch objectives, audiences, and sales.
  • Establish and execute professional partnership frameworks that bring together partner and product truths to create brand and business synergies.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial terms and contracts to secure partnerships, working with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for bringing partnerships to life in marketing, with a consumer-first mindset.
  • Track, analyze, and report against marketing/partnerships KPIs and metrics, and take corrective action where needed.
  • Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders, serving as a source of expertise in partnerships and business development.
  • Identify synergies between partnerships and carrier/retail account teams, ensuring that carriers/retailers achieve their goals and partnerships are amplified using their scale and resources.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure all plans are within budget and all approvals are handled within compliance and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the cross-functional team across the organization is fully aware of live and in-progress partnerships, developing best practices around information sharing and evangelizing.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
  • 8 years of experience in partnership marketing, partnerships, business development, account management, or channel sales management.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with a strong bias for upholding legal, compliance, and financial policies and following proper procedure.
  • An iterative thinker who can challenge the status quo.
  • A consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence.
  • Business development/partnerships/account management experience negotiating complex deals with large, international companies.
  • Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands.
  • Existing connections and relationships with the world's leading media and internet brands.
  • Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary information.
  • Comfortable presenting at CxO level.
  • Strong project/program management experience.
