Job Title: Training Strategist

Staffmark Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Training Strategist to join our team at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.

Job Summary:

The Training Strategist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for client Contact Center agents to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of Contact Center agents, including face-to-face, online, and virtual learning solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand product roadmaps and define current and future training needs.
  • Ensure new hires complete mandatory training and track performance for up to six to twelve months.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including online learning templates and standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Go-to-Market teams to manage the content lifecycle and provide ongoing refresher content.
  • Recommend program design improvements and refinements where needed for all product launches.
  • Implement sustainable curriculum architectures to create an engaging learner experience and target appropriate audiences with focused learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/certifications.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on content creation and facilitation in a contact center/call center environment.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Project and product management skills and expertise, ideally working with content/learning management systems and development teams.
  • Knowledge of innovative training modalities that support remote learning functionalities and technologies, such as gamification.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven strategic thinker with the ability to think about a product holistically to identify and prioritize key opportunities and implement change expediently.
