Business Development Manager

Actalent is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our Project Management Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate and manage account strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and establish target accounts to expand our client base
  • Partner with Actalent account managers to advise and lead them on strategic services initiatives
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive market/customer share and increase deal size
  • Achieve growth goals by expanding current account relationships and winning new accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Services business development experience with direct involvement in initiating, cultivating, and managing large customer accounts
  • Proven industry expertise with established key account and customer relationship capital
  • Proven success developing and solutioning Project Management outsourcing/consulting engagements
  • Experience driving revenue within EPC model and Project Management required
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
