Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our office, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing projects.

As an Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for administrating all daily administrative tasks, including answering the telephone, taking messages, ordering supplies, providing general and customer service support, preparing outgoing mail and shipments, and processing incoming mail. You will also receive, review, and track expenses and submit for payment, create and track invoices, schedule appointments and make travel arrangements, compose memos and daily correspondence via letter and email, research and create presentations, generate reports, and coordinate and assist with employee-related events and activities.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, excellent customer service skills, and ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and handle a multitude of projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, 401K plans with employer-matching contributions, tuition reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and volunteer time off.
