We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy Front Office, leading a team of up to 20 individuals with diverse responsibilities.

Job SummaryThe Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Office's daily operations and staff management, ensuring exceptional Guest Service and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control
- Lead a team of up to 20 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field; minimum 2 years of front office management experience; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
