Position Overview

The role of Construction Site Manager involves overseeing a team of construction personnel, including laborers and field coordinators. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in managing unitized curtain wall and window wall systems. Previous management experience within a construction team is advantageous. This position requires working during evening hours, with a schedule from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, five days a week. This is a full-time role, with potential adjustments to working hours post-project completion. Candidates should be based in the Los Angeles area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing detailed expense reports that outline cost estimates for materials, labor, and related expenses.
  • Collaborating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to establish budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
  • Creating work schedules for team members and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining a daily log of site operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implementing efficient and cost-effective strategies and techniques.
  • Conducting weekly safety meetings, maintaining site safety logs, and ensuring all equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in proper working order.
