Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of various trades and vendors, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  • Maintain quality control over all aspects of construction, ensuring that work meets the required standards.
  • Schedule and conduct regular inspections, maintaining accurate electronic logs and records.
  • Manage and distribute shop drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Oversee the Punch List process, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to confirm project progress and ensure accurate billing.
  • Prepare and submit daily field reports, highlighting key issues and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, sketches, and other project documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant permits and regulations.
  • Take and manage field photos, working closely with the Project Manager to prepare weekly reports.
  • Identify and address trade issues and scheduling problems, communicating effectively with the Project Manager.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and organized field office.
  • Procure necessary tools and materials for the project.
  • Maintain high standards of job site safety, quality control, and construction procedures.
  • Organize and manage project paperwork, inspect adjacent areas, and set up reference lines and benchmarks.
  • Submit accurate and timely weekly time sheets for site crew members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
