Position Overview

The role of a Construction Site Manager involves overseeing a team of construction personnel, including laborers and field coordinators. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in managing unitized curtain wall and window wall systems. Previous supervisory experience in a construction setting is advantageous. This position requires working during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed expense reports outlining supplier costs, materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to establish budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers.
  • Create work schedules for team members and subcontractors.
