About this Role

As we expand, maintaining the trust of our community and the quality of our marketplace remains paramount for Faire. We are in search of a Marketplace Integrity Lead who is eager to help establish the teams and processes necessary to uphold our marketplace standards and policies. In this position, you will recruit and manage a team of Marketplace Integrity specialists dedicated to addressing escalations and enhancing proactive marketplace quality measures. As an early team member, you will have the unique chance to collaborate across functions with Product, Data Science, Legal, and Communications to lay the groundwork for our Marketplace Integrity organization.

What You'll Do

  • Attract, recruit, and nurture a top-tier Marketplace Integrity team.
  • Oversee workforce management initiatives and standardization to support ongoing growth and stability.
  • Inspire and guide your team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and continuously implement process and workflow enhancements, including collaboration with external partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Faire's processes and systems, utilizing them to foster positive outcomes.
  • Establish clear feedback channels with cross-functional partners, including Product and Data Science, to ensure scalable solutions are developed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
  • Direct experience in Marketplace Integrity or a related field, preferably within a marketplace or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders across Product, Data Science, Legal, and Communications.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams to achieve organizational and company-wide objectives.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to define and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of establishing metrics and monitoring progress against team goals.
  • A collaborative team player who demonstrates resilience in the face of challenges and change.
  • Empathetic with a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
