Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals for the Solana NFT marketplace, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the NFT and crypto space.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations, to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the founders, GM, and other stakeholders.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide world-class PM communication skills and hygiene, with excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years in leadership.
- Passion for dynamics of marketplaces, NFT trading, concepts such as supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, etc.
- Deep understanding of Solana ecosystem, and demonstrated ability to go deep into an ecosystem (technology, community, dev/creator community).
- Experience in the domain of two-sided marketplace optimization and growth.
