Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Management Lead to spearhead our NFT marketplace initiatives on the Solana blockchain. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the web3 ecosystem, engaging with technology, community, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the Solana NFT secondary trading marketplace strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about trends and competitive dynamics within the NFT and crypto sectors.
- Establish product vision, roadmaps, and objectives that align with the overarching company strategy, identifying growth and innovation opportunities.
- Envision the future of NFTs on Solana, exploring new user demographics, trading methodologies, asset classes, and user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new initiatives, features, and enhancements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong enthusiasm for marketplace dynamics, NFT trading, and concepts such as supply and demand.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the crypto and/or NFT sectors, coupled with a strong passion for web3 technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and the ability to engage deeply with its community and development landscape.
- Proven experience in optimizing and growing two-sided marketplaces.
