Role Summary:

The Dispensary Associate is integral to the effective functioning of the dispensary, assisting the team in delivering exceptional patient service while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role reports directly to the Dispensary Manager and encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining exemplary service and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients in a friendly and informative manner
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient intake documentation
  • Assist in assessing patients for specific programs
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping and communication
  • Provide constructive feedback to management
  • Contribute to inventory management efforts

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fields
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work various shifts
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Physical endurance for extended periods of standing and bending
  • Willingness to adapt to different working environments
