Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and loyalty programs.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure high performance.
