Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Long-Term Foster Care Program team at Holy Family Institute. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention services to unaccompanied children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for all unaccompanied children in care
  • Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention services to promote emotional well-being and stability
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery of services and achieve client goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with clinical experience
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
