About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, with experience working as a booker or warranty administrator. You'll be responsible for ensuring repair orders are accurate and complete, monitoring comebacks and Key Performance Indicators, and preparing reports for dealership management.

Responsibilities
  • Verify repair orders for accuracy and completeness, including flagged technician labor hours and comments.
  • Ensure all parts, labor, and other charges are billed correctly with 100% accuracy.
  • Verify required manufacturer, state, and dealership documentation is included on every repair order.
  • Monitor comebacks and relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Prepare and provide accurate reports as required by dealership management.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with dealership management, with a plan to mitigate errors and ensure the best possible outcome for the dealership and customer.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Booker.
  • Working knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Team player with impeccable honesty and integrity.
  • High level of professional personal appearance and conduct.
