Job Title: Patient Access Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Lead to oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to the registration and admissions work units in the clinics and hospital divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective operations by organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the department workload.
  • Oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Health Info Management, or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role

Preferred - Two years of experience in a patient access, healthcare revenue cycle, or clinic operations role with progressive leadership responsibilities.
