As a Client Services Administrator, you will be integral to our operations. Collaborating closely with our Physical Therapy, Wellness, Client Success, and Billing Teams, you will ensure the efficient functioning of our front desk while delivering outstanding service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated, client-focused individual who shares our commitment to health and wellness. In this position, you will empower our clients to lead healthier lives by supporting our healthcare professionals and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests, conduct site tours, and manage phone and email inquiries.
  • Act as a representative of the Performance Optimal Health brand, well-versed in our history, services, standards, programs, and pricing.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, printing, faxing, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulations by securing client signatures, collecting co-payments, and updating health records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting workspace with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to guarantee a high-quality client experience and smooth operations.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration among different departments and teams, performing related duties as required.
